Maintaining Active Reseller Status (Expectations)
To remain active in the Microsoft cloud Reseller Program, resellers are expected to continue purchasing new Microsoft cloud services under their reseller account and renewing their existing licenses when they become due. Termination of Reseller Relationship
Failure to add new clients and renew existing licenses may result in reseller tier disqualification and the withdrawal of all applicable discounts.
